Terms and Conditions

1. Dealer Information

All vehicles are sold by ART MOTOR GROUP LTD, a licensed motor vehicle dealer, operating in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Condition of Vehicles  

All vehicles offered for sale are used vehicles unless otherwise stated. Normal wearand tear consistent with age and mileage should be expected.

3. Deposits

• Deposits (if taken) are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• A deposit may be forfeited if the buyer fails to complete the purchase within the agreed timeframe.

4. Title & Ownership 

• The seller guarantees they have the legal right to sell the vehicle.
• Title and ownership documents will be transferred to the buyer upon full payment, in accordance with local laws.

5. Delivery & Collection

• The buyer is responsible for collecting the vehicle unless delivery is agreed upon.
• Delivery or collection dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk passes to the buyer once the vehicle is handed over or collected.

6. Financing

• Financing approval is subject to lender terms and conditions.
• The dealership is not responsible for loan approval delays, interest rates, or financing decisions made by third-party lenders.
• If financing is declined, the buyer remains responsible for completing payment or forfeiting any deposit.

7. Trade-Ins/Px

• Trade-in values are estimates pending final inspection.
• The dealership reserves the right to adjust or withdraw the trade-in offer if the vehicle condition differs from what was disclosed.

8. Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for:

• 3 Months or 3000 miles, whichever occurs first
• Starting from the date of vehicle delivery

9. Claim Procedure

• The buyer must notify the Dealer immediately upon discovering a fault.
• No repairs may be carried out without prior written or verbal authorisation from the Dealer.
• The Dealer reserves the right to inspect the vehicle and approve or deny the claim before repairs begin.
• Repairs must be performed by a repairer approved by the Dealer.

10. Owner Responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for:

• Stopping the vehicle immediately if a warning light appears or a fault occurs.
• Preventing further damage.
• Transporting the vehicle to the Dealer or approved repairer if required at the customer's own expense.
